Halitosis or Bad Breath
Bad breath, or Halitosis can often be treated by yourself. If the problem persists, you should then visit a dentist or hygienist for advice.
2 x 2 = Brushing your teeth twice a day for two minutes.
Use a toothpaste with fluoride content.
Use a tongue scraper gently on your tongue at least once a day.
Clean between your teeth at least once a day using interdental brushes, floss or (for best results) a Waterpik.
Use an anti-bacterial mouthwash daily.
If you are going to suck mints, make sure they are sugar free!
